Charter management is a very popular way of offsetting and even making a return on your investment in yachting.

An owner can place their yacht into our Hamble base where it will be professionally managed and marketed to achieve the maximum charter income.

We are also responsible for the welfare of your yacht 365 days a year, giving you peace of mind on the security of your investment.

The owner will receive an income from the yacht subject to the terms of the management contract, which will run on an annual basis.

The standard management agreement is operated on a percentage basis. The owner will receive 60% (inclusive of VAT) of the yacht’s gross revenue.

On completion of successful registration, VAT may be reclaimed on the yacht purchase price and any ongoing maintenance costs.
